Too much sweating and outdoor activities can leave the body dehydrated which will result in the problems in your overall health and later of the skin.
As Well, a balanced diet is very important in maintaining a healthy looking skin. Junk food and soda can lead to acne flare-ups that you do not want that at this moment. It can also increase salt content in the body which will lead to dehydration and bad skin.
Keep your daily regimen to maintain the beauty of and your Skin protection
Cleansing, Toning and Moisturising must be part of your daily skin care. Choose a face cleanser that will keep clear and not block pores and helps control or even of the oil production declined. Go for organic products because these products are all gentle on the skin and so perfect for sensitive skin.

Avoid smoking at all times. Smoking is one of the worst things for skin care, it destroys the healthy glow of your skin. Inner pocket aging can happen if you smoke because the skin collagen, the main skin protein can break. Research shows that people who smoke have reduced collagen and elastin production so their skin looks dull and unhealthy. Skin, according to age, quickly detoriates for smokers. So prevent smoking at all times to prevent ill health.
